Temporary Detachments (BE Staff Members only)

The BE Management strongly supports the personal development of each staff member and has put in place an initiative called BE Internal Temporary Detachment.  The idea is similar to Internal Mobility within the department, but limited in time.  For a period of 1 to 2 years, the staff member may be "detached" to another group in the BE Department, after which he/she returns to his/her activities in the group.  The activity and required profile for such a temporary detachment is described in a document similar to a vacancy notice.
